Formulations of VLA-4 binding antibody are described.

35 . An aqueous pharmaceutical composition comprising natalizumab at a concentration of 120 mg/mL to 190 mg/mL, sodium phosphate buffer at 5 mM to 15 mM; sodium chloride at 130 mM to 150 mM, polysorbate 80 at 0.02% to 0.08% and having pH 6±0.5.

36 . The composition of claim 35 , wherein the composition comprises 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer.

37 . The composition of claim 35 , wherein the composition comprises 140 mM sodium chloride.

38 . The composition of claim 35 , wherein the composition comprises 0.04% (w/v) polysorbate 80.

39 . The composition of claim 35 , wherein the composition comprises 0.02% (w/v) polysorbate 80.

40 . The composition of claim 35 , wherein the composition comprises 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer, 140 mM sodium chloride, 0.04% polysorbate 80 and wherein the composition is at pH 6.0±0.5.

41 . The composition of claim 35 , wherein the composition comprises 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer, 140 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% polysorbate 80 and wherein the composition is at pH 6.0±0.5.
