ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
An organic electroluminescent element including: a first electrode; at least one organic deposition layer; and a second electrode, the first electrode, the organic deposition layer, and the second electrode being formed in this order, wherein the organic deposition layer satisfies the relationship 0.093<Ra/t<0.340 where Ra denotes a surface roughness of a surface of the organic deposition layer, the surface being at the side of the second electrode, and t denotes a thickness of the organic deposition layer.
1 . An organic electroluminescent element comprising:
a first electrode;
at least one organic deposition layer; and
a second electrode,
the first electrode, the organic deposition layer, and the second electrode being formed in this order,
wherein the organic deposition layer satisfies the relationship 0.093<Ra/t<0.340 where Ra denotes a surface roughness of a surface of the organic deposition layer, the surface being at the side of the second electrode, and t denotes a thickness of the organic deposition layer, and
wherein the thickness t of the organic deposition layer is 1 nm to 10 nm.
2 . The organic electroluminescent element according to claim 1 , wherein the organic deposition layer contains a luminescent layer, an adjacent layer to the luminescent layer, or both of the luminescent layer and the adjacent layer.
3 . The organic electroluminescent element according to claim 2 , wherein the adjacent layer is a hole transport layer.
4 . The organic electroluminescent element according to claim 1 , wherein the first electrode is an anode and the second electrode is a cathode.
5 . The organic electroluminescent element according to claim 2 , wherein the luminescent layer contains a phosphorescent material.
6 . The organic electroluminescent element according to claim 5 , wherein the phosphorescent material is a platinum complex.
7 . The organic electroluminescent element according to claim 3 , wherein the hole transport layer is formed from a compound having a structure expressed by the following Structural Formula (1), (2), (3) or (4):

A method for producing an organic electroluminescent element comprising a first electrode, at least one organic deposition layer containing a luminescent layer, and a second electrode, the first electrode, the organic deposition layer, and the second electrode being formed in this order, the method comprising:
depositing the organic deposition layer so as to satisfy the relationship 0.093<Ra/t<0.340, where Ra denotes a surface roughness of a surface of the organic deposition layer, the surface being at the side of the second electrode, and t denotes a thickness of the organic deposition layer,
wherein the thickness t of the organic deposition layer is 1 nm to 10 nm.
