Abstract

Systems, methods, apparatus, and computer program products are provided for accessing, navigating, and displaying multiple versions of claims in an efficient and customer-friendly manner. In various embodiments, claims can be processed and stored such that they can be displayed via an interface in a graphical format (e.g., textual, circular, hierarchical, etc.).

an executable portion configured to cause display (a) of at least a portion of the first version of the claim, (b) of at least a portion of the second version of the claim, and (c) the relationship between the first version of the claim and the second version of the claim in a graphical format based at least in part on the first internal claim identifier.

14. The computer program product of claim 13 , wherein the graphical format is selected from the group consisting of a hierarchical format, a circular format, and tabular format.

15. The computer program product of claim 13 further comprising an executable portion configured to indicate the second version of the claim as the current version of the claim.

16. The computer program product of claim 13 further comprising:

an executable portion configured to receive a third version of the claim; and

an executable portion configured to store the third version of the claim in association with (a) a date and a time, (b) the external claim identifier, and (c) a third internal claim identifier corresponding to the third version of the claim.

17. The computer program product of claim 16 further comprising an executable portion configured to indicate the third version of the claim as the current version of the claim.

18. The computer program product of claim 17 further comprising an executable portion configured to cause display (a) of at least a portion of the first version of the claim, (b) of at least a portion of the second version of the claim, (c) of at least a portion of the third version of the claim, and (d) the relationship between the first version of the claim, the second version of the claim, and the third version of the claim in a graphical format based at least in part on the first internal claim identifier and the second internal claim identifier.
