a server configured with at least a workspace memory being divided into a plurality of sections for storing information to be used for configuring contents of the web portal via at least a web page hosted by the server for a plurality of online users to access; and

at least a first end-user computing device associated with a first user,

the first end-user computing device executing a web browser to display a web user interface (hereinafter “UI”) transmitted from the server,

wherein the UI comprises information thereby for allowing the first user to submit request of creating and updating the contents of the web portal that includes to:

instantly submit a request of posting a piece of information to a target web page to cause the server storing the piece of information into one of the sections of the workspace memory when the server receives the request of posting; and

instantly submit a request of deleting a previously posted piece of information from the target web page to cause the server removing the previously post piece of information from one of the sections of the workspace memory when the server receives the request of deleting;

wherein the server generates the target web page to include the stored information in the workspace memory in response to at least one of online users via an end-user computing device to access the contents of the web portal.

23 . The computing system of claim 22 , wherein said UI comprises information further includes

information from a private workspace memory that is assigned to the first user and is divided into a plurality of sections, which store information for the first user to manage the web portal.

24 . The computing system of claim 22 , wherein said workspace memory further includes: at least one of the sections is designated to store information for a specific type of resource, wherein the specific type of resource includes message, file, folder, network and storage resource.

25 . The computing system of claim 22 , wherein said

UI configured by the server includes a text input filed, thereby for allowing a user to type a piece of information to post the piece of information, where the posting of the piece of information includes posting a text message.

26 . The computing system of claim 22 , wherein said UI configured by the server includes at least a file thereby for allowing a user to post the file for permitting at least one of online users, thereafter, via the web portal, to access the file.

27 . The computing system of claim 22 , wherein said storing the piece of information further comprises:

depositing the piece of information from a specific section of a private workspace memory, assigned to the first user, into a corresponding section of the workspace memory based on type of the information, wherein the deposit operation includes deploying a lock to protect the depositing of the piece of information.

28 . The computing system of claim 22 , wherein said UI configured by the server further includes a list of storage devices for allowing a user thereby selecting a storage device from the list to post the storage device, for permitting at least one of the online users, thereafter via the web portal, to access the storage device.

29 . The computing system of claim 22 further comprising:

displaying a web user interface (“UI”) on a second end-user computing device associated with a second user, wherein the UI includes information from a private workspace memory that is assigned to the second user and comprises a plurality of sections thereby storing information for the second user via the UI to manage the web portal.

30 . The computing system of claim 22 , wherein said UI configured by the server includes at least a folder, thereby for allowing a user to post the folder for permitting at least one of online users, thereafter via the web portal, to access the folder including access of at least a next level of information of the folder.

31 . The computing system of claim 22 , wherein said UI is further configured to include a tree for allowing a user via the tree selecting a node to post a piece of information wherein the tree comprises at least a node and each node represents a piece of information in a resource structure, wherein the resource structure includes file system, network and storage structure.

32 . The computing system of claim 22 , wherein said UI is further configured to include a computer network of a plurality of computing devices thereby for allowing a user selecting a piece of information for a resource of the computer network to

post the piece of information for permitting at least one of online users, thereafter via the web portal, to access the resource.

33 . A method for supporting at least a user to manage web portal hosted by a server in a communication system,

the method comprising:

configuring, by the server, at least a workspace memory being divided into a plurality of sections for storing information used for configuring contents of the web portal for a plurality of online users to access; and

sending a web user interface (hereinafter “UI”) from the server to a first end-user computing device associated to a first user for allowing the first user, via the UI displayed on the first end-user computing device, to submit request of creating and updating the contents of the web portal that includes:

instantly submit a request of posting a piece of information to a target web page of the web portal to cause the server storing the piece of information into one of the sections of the workspace memory when the server receives the request of posting from the first end-user computing device, and

instantly submit a request of deleting a previously posted piece of information from the target web page of the web portal to cause the server to remove the previously posted piece of information from one of the sections of the workspace memory when the server receives the request of deleting from the first end-user computing device; and

generating the target web page, by the server, to include the posted information in the workspace memory in response to any one of the online users via an end-user computing device to access the contents of the web portal across the world wide web.

34 . The method of claim 33 , wherein the workspace memory further comprises: at least one of the sections is designated to store information for a specific type of resource, wherein the specific type of resource includes message, file, folder, network, and storage resource.

35 . The method of claim 33 , wherein said UI configured by the server includes a text input field for allowing a user thereby to typing a piece of information to post the piece of information, wherein the posting of the piece of information includes to post a text message.

36 . The method of claim 33 , wherein said UI configured by the server includes at least a file, thereby for allowing a user to post the file for permitting at least one of the online users, thereafter via the web portal to access the file.

37 . The method of claim 33 , wherein said UI is further configured to include a computer network of a plurality of computing devices, thereby for allowing a user selecting a piece of information for a resource of the computer network to post the piece of information for permitting at least one of the online users, thereafter via the web portal, to access the resource.

38 . The method of claims 33 , wherein said first end-user computing device includes cellular phone and laptop computer that executes a web browser to display the UI and transmits each request submitted by the first user to the server.

39 . The method of claims 33 , wherein the UI configured by the server includes at least a folder, thereby for allowing a user to post the folder for permitting at least one of the online users, thereafter via the web portal, to access the folder including access of at least a next level of information of the folder.

40 . The method of claims 33 , further comprising to display a web user interface (“UI”) on a second end-user computing device associated with a second user, wherein the UI includes information from a private workspace memory that is assigned to the second user and comprises a plurality of sections thereby for storing information for the second users via the UI to manage the web portal.

41 . The method of claim 33 , wherein said storing the posted piece of information further comprises:

depositing the piece of information from a specific section of a private workspace into a corresponding section of the workspace memory based on type of the information, wherein the depositing of the piece of information includes deploying a lock to protect the deposit operation.
