Abstract

An automatic administration instrument includes a syringe and a partition wall in the syringe which partitions the syringe into different rooms for respectively holding plural kinds of drug solutions or a drug and a drug solution. A partition-wall driver displaces the partition wall and an injection needle is connected to the syringe. A body cap attached to the administration instrument body so as to cover the injection needle. The syringe, the partition wall, and the body cap are configured such that displacing the partition wall dissolves or mixes the drug solutions or the drug and the drug solution in a state that the injection needle is covered by the body cap.

Claims (58)

1. An automatic administration instrument comprising:

a syringe;

a partition wall in said syringe which partitions said syringe into different rooms for respectively holding plural kinds of drug solutions or a drug and a drug solution;

a partition-wall driver configured to displace said partition wall in said syringe;

an injection needle connected to said syringe;

an administration instrument body;

a body cap attached to said administration instrument body so as to cover said injection needle; and

a switch configured to activate said partition-wall driver to displace said partition wall to dissolve or mix the drug solutions or the drug and the drug solution,

wherein said syringe, said partition wall, and said body cap are configured such that displacing said partition wall dissolves or mixes the drug solutions or the drug and the drug solution in a state that said injection needle is covered by said body cap.

2. The automatic administration instrument of claim 1 , further comprising a syringe driver for shaking said syringe in said administration instrument body to mix or dissolve the drug solutions or the drug and the drug solution.

3. The automatic administration instrument of claim 2 , wherein air releasing is carried out with said injection needle protruding from said body cap by using said partition-wall driver in advance of administration of the drug.

4. The automatic administration instrument of claim 3 , wherein said partition-wall driver is a motor,

wherein said automatic administration instrument further comprises:

a comparator which compares a voltage of said motor to a reference voltage; and

a microprocessor which stops said motor when the voltage of said motor exceeds the reference voltage such that injection is not carried out when an injection needle is not attached to said syringe.

5. The automatic administration instrument of claim 2 , wherein said partition-wall driver is a motor,

wherein said automatic administration instrument further comprises:

a comparator which compares a voltage of said motor to a reference voltage; and

a microprocessor which stops said motor when the voltage of said motor exceeds the reference voltage such that injection is not carried out when an injection needle is not attached to said syringe.

6. The automatic administration instrument of claim 1 , wherein air releasing is carried out with said injection needle protruding from said body cap by using said partition-wall driver in advance of administration of the drug.

7. The automatic administration instrument of claim 6 , wherein said partition-wall driver is a motor,

wherein said automatic administration instrument further comprises:

a comparator which compares a voltage of said motor to a reference voltage; and

a microprocessor which stops said motor when the voltage of said motor exceeds the reference voltage such that injection is not carried out when an injection needle is not attached to said syringe.

8. The automatic administration instrument of claim 1 , wherein said partition-wall driver is a motor,

wherein said automatic administration instrument further comprises:

a comparator which compares a voltage of said motor to a reference voltage; and

a microprocessor which stops said motor when the voltage of said motor exceeds the reference voltage such that injection is not carried out when an injection needle is not attached to said syringe.

9. The automatic administration instrument of claim 1 , wherein injection of a drug is not carried out when an injection needle is not attached to said syringe.

10. The automatic administration instrument of claim 1 , further comprising a syringe driver,

wherein said syringe driver displaces said syringe relative to said administration instrument body without displacing said partition wall relative to said syringe, and said partition-wall driver displaces said partition wall relative to said syringe and said administration instrument body.

11. The automatic administration instrument of claim 10 , wherein said syringe driver includes a motor and said partition-wall driver includes a motor.

12. The automatic administration instrument of claim 10 , wherein said syringe driver includes a motor attached to a first shaft screw and said partition-wall driver includes a motor attached to a second shaft screw.

13. The automatic administration instrument of claim 1 , further comprising a syringe driver,

wherein said syringe driver displaces said syringe relative to said administration instrument body without displacing said partition wall relative to said syringe, and said partition-wall driver displaces said partition wall relative to said syringe and said administration instrument body,

wherein said syringe driver includes a motor attached to a first shaft screw and said partition-wall driver includes a motor attached to a second shaft screw,

wherein said automatic administration instrument further comprises:

a comparator which compares a voltage of said motor of said partition-wall driver to a reference voltage; and

a microprocessor which stops said motor of said partition-wall driver when the voltage of said motor of said partition-wall driver exceeds the reference voltage such that injection is not carried out when an injection needle is not attached to said syringe.

14. An automatic administration instrument comprising:

an administration instrument body;

a syringe disposed in said administration instrument body;

a partition wall in said syringe which partitions said syringe into different rooms for respectively holding plural kinds of drug solutions or a drug and a drug solution;

a partition-wall driver configured to displace said partition wall in said syringe and said administration instrument body;

a syringe driver configured to displace said syringe relative to said administration instrument body without displacing said partition wall relative to said syringe;

an injection needle connected to said syringe;
