Abstract

An information handling system includes a wireless adapter for communicating with a wireless link and a storage device for storing a spatial-temporal user profile comprising wireless service usage trend data for a location where the information handling system is operating. The storage device further includes storing a spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating signal quality for wireless links available at the location.

measure bit error rates during service usage on the selected wireless link at the location; and

update the signal quality data in the spatial-temporal radio frequency profile.

7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the wireless adapter modifies operator profiles by reconfiguring the subscriber identity module based upon the selection of the optimal wireless link.

8. A computer implemented method comprising:

receiving at an information handling system a mobile broadband traffic report comprising a spatial-temporal radio frequency profile indicating radio frequency capacity for wireless links in a location;

receiving at the information handling system a spatial-temporal user profile comprising wireless service usage trend data for the location;
