Abstract

Provided is an image processing device including a display unit that displays a function setting screen, a recognition unit that recognizes a trail of an operation of a user on the function setting screen displayed on the display unit, a determining unit that determines a function selected by the user based on a position of the trail of the operation recognized by the recognition unit, an identification unit that identifies an operation condition designated by the user with respect to the function determined by the determining unit based on the trail of the operation recognized by the recognition unit, and a setting unit that performs setting for executing image processing of the function determined by the determining unit using the operation condition identified by the identification unit.

Claims (39)

1. An image processing device comprising:

a display screen that displays a function setting screen;

a recognition unit that recognizes a trail of an operation of a user on the function setting screen displayed on the display screen;

a determining unit that determines a function selected by the user based on a position of the trail of the operation recognized by the recognition unit;

an identification unit that identifies an operation condition designated by the user with respect to the function determined by the determining unit based on the trail of the operation recognized by the recognition unit; and

a setting unit that performs setting for executing image processing of the function determined by the determining unit using the operation condition identified by the identification unit, wherein

the trail of the operation is included in more than one of a plurality of function selecting components, and the determining unit determines a function correlated with one of the function selecting components in which a largest amount of the trail of the operation recognized by the recognition unit is included among the function selecting components displayed on the function setting screen as the function selected by the user.

2. The image processing device according to claim 1 , wherein

the determining unit determines a function correlated with a function selecting component displayed at a starting point of the trail of the operation recognized by the recognition unit among function selecting components displayed on the function setting screen as the function selected by the user.

3. The image processing device according to claim 2 , wherein

when the user starts an operation on the function setting screen, the display screen displays the function selecting component displayed at the starting point of the trail of the operation in a display form different from a display form of the other function selecting component.

4. The image processing device according to claim 1 , wherein

the display screen displays a function selecting component corresponding to the function selected by the user in a display form different from a display form of the other function selecting component.

5. The image processing device according to claim 1 , wherein

when it is determined, based on the determined function and the identified operation condition, that setting of an additional operation condition is required for the determined function, the identification unit identifies an additional operation condition based on the trail of the operation further recognized by the recognition unit, and

the setting unit performs setting for executing image processing based on the determined function, the identified operation condition, and the identified additional operation condition.

6. The image processing device according to claim 1 , wherein

when the operation condition is to be set by trails of operations, and a trail of an operation identical to a predetermined confirming operation is detected, the identification unit identifies an operation condition set by the user with respect to the function determined by the determining unit based on the trails of operations performed before the trail of the operation identical to the confirming operation.

7. The image processing device according to claim 1 , further comprising:

a storage unit that stores previous content of setting for executing image processing, wherein

when a trail of an operation identical to a predetermined cancel operation is detected, the setting unit reads the stored previous content of setting from the storage unit and changes the setting for executing image processing to the previous content of setting.

8. The image processing device according to claim 7 , wherein

when a trail of an operation identical to a predetermined initial setting operation is detected, the setting unit reads the content of the initial setting from the storage unit and changes the setting for executing image processing to an initial state.

9. The image processing device according to claim 1 , wherein

the identification unit identifies a position as the operation condition of the function set by the user.

10. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program for causing a computer to function as:

a display screen that displays a function setting screen;

a recognition unit that recognizes a trail of an operation of a user on the function setting screen displayed on the display screen, the trail of the operation being included in more than one of a plurality of function selecting components;

a determining unit that determines a function selected by the user based on the position of the trail of the operation recognized by the recognition unit;

an identification unit that identifies an operation condition designated by the user with respect to the function determined by the determining unit based on the trail of the operation recognized by the recognition unit;

a setting unit that performs setting for executing image processing of the function determined by the determining unit using the operation condition identified by the identification unit; and

determining a function correlated with one of the function selecting components in which a largest amount of the trail of the operation recognized is included among the function selecting components displayed on the function setting screen as the function selected by the user.

11. An image processing method comprising:

displaying a function setting screen;

recognizing a trail of an operation of a user on the displayed function setting screen, the trail of the operation being included in more than one of a plurality of function selecting components;

determining a function selected by the user based on a position of the recognized trail of the operation;

identifying an operation condition designated by the user with respect to the determined function based on the recognized trail of the operation;

performing setting for executing image processing of the determined function using the identified operation condition; and

determining a function correlated with one of the function selecting components in which a largest amount of the trail of the operation recognized is included among the function selecting components displayed on the function setting screen as the function selected by the user.
