Polymer compound, net-like polymer compound produced by crosslinking the polymer compound, composition for organic electroluminescence element, organic electroluminescence element, organic EL display, and organic EL lighting
View Patent ↗An object of the invention is to provide a polymer compound having a high hole transport capacity, excellent in electrochemical stability, and suitable to film formation according to a wet film formation method. Another object of the invention is to provide an organic electroluminescence element having a high current efficiency, a low drive voltage, and a long derive lifetime. The polymer compound has a crosslinking group bonding to the arylamine moiety in the repeating unit via at least one single bond therebetween.
1. A polymer compound comprising a repeating unit represented by the following formula (II):
wherein p indicates an integer of from 0 to 3;
Ar 21 and Ar 22 each independently represent a direct bond, an aromatic hydrocarbon group optionally having a substituent, or an aromatic heterocyclic group optionally having a substituent;
Ar 23 to Ar 25 each independently represent an aromatic hydrocarbon group optionally having a substituent, or an aromatic heterocyclic group optionally having a substituent;
T 2 represents a group containing a group represented by the following formula (IV);
provided that Ar 21 and Ar 22 are not direct bonds at the same time;
further, when Ar 21 , Ar 22 and Ar 24 are fluorene rings optionally having a substituent, said fluorine ring does not have a group containing a crosslinking group as the substituent;
the cross-linking group is any of the groups selected from the following group of cross-linking groups;
wherein in R 21 to R 25 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, Ar 41 represents an aromatic hydrocarbon group optionally having a substituent, or an aromatic heterocyclic group optionally having a substituent, the benzocyclobutene ring may have a substituent, and the substituents may together form a ring,
wherein the benzocyclobutene ring in the formula (IV) may have a substituent; and the substituents may bond to each other to form a ring.
2. The polymer compound as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a repeating unit represented by the following formula (II′):
wherein q indicates an integer of from 0 to 3;
Ar 31 and Ar 32 each independently represent a direct bond, an aromatic hydrocarbon group optionally having a substituent, or an aromatic heterocyclic group optionally having a substituent,
Ar 33 to Ar 35 each independently represent an aromatic hydrocarbon group optionally having a substituent, an aromatic heterocyclic group optionally having a substituent;
provided that Ar 31 and Ar 32 are not direct bonds at the same time;
Ar 31 to Ar 35 do not have a group containing a group of the formula (IV) as the substituent;
further, when Ar 31 , Ar 32 and Ar 34 are fluorene rings optionally having a substituent, said fluorine ring does not have a group containing a crosslinking group as the substituent;
wherein the cross-linking group is any of the groups selected from the following group of cross-linking groups;
wherein in R 21 to R 25 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, Ar 41 represents an aromatic hydrocarbon group optionally having a substituent, or an aromatic heterocyclic group optionally having a substituent, the benzocyclobutene ring may have a substituent, and the substituents may together form a ring.
3. A net-like polymer compound produced by crosslinking the polymer compound of claim 1 .
4. A composition for organic electroluminescence element, containing the polymer compound of claim 1 .
5. An organic electroluminescence element comprising, on a substrate, an anode, a cathode and an organic layer between the anode and the cathode,
wherein the organic layer comprises a layer containing the net-like polymer compound of claim 3 .
6. The organic electroluminescence element as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the layer containing the net-like polymer compound is a hole injection layer or a hole transport layer.
7. The organic electroluminescence element as claimed in claim 5 ;
wherein the organic layer comprises a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer and a light emission layer, and
all of the hole injection layer, the hole transport layer and the light emission layer are formed according to a wet film formation method.
8. An organic EL display, comprising the organic electroluminescence element of claim 5 .
9. An organic EL lighting, comprising the organic electroluminescence element of claim 5 .
10. A polymer compound comprising at least one repeating unit selected from a group of the following repeating units A, and
at least one repeating unit selected from a group of the following repeating units B: <Group of Repeating Units A>
