a first screen, the first screen including a first gesture capture region;

a second screen, wherein the second screen faces an opposite direction from the first screen when the device is closed, and wherein an image capture lens is associated with the second screen;

a memory;

a processor in communication with the memory, the first screen, and the second screen, the processor operable to:

receive a first input to the device;

execute a gallery function;

execute a video player of the gallery function; and

display a video with the video player across the first and second screens.

12 . The device of claim 11 , wherein the first input is received from an application executing on the device, and wherein the video gallery replaces, on the first or second screen, a display of the application.

13 . The device of claim 11 , the processor further operable to receive a second input, wherein the second input opens a second window over the video player, wherein the video player continues to play the video.

14 . The device of claim 13 , the processor further operable to:

receive a third input to enter a stand-by mode; and

continue to play the video.

15 . The device of claim 14 , the processor further operable to:

receive a fourth input that the device docks with an external display;

re-route audio for the video to the external display; and

stop audio playback on the device with the video is played on the external monitor.

16 . A computer readable medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions, the computer executable instructions causing a processor of a device to execute a method for providing a user interface, the computer-executable instructions comprising:

instructions to receive a first input to the device;

instructions to execute a gallery function;

instructions to execute a video player of the gallery function; and

instructions to display a video with the video player across the first and second screens.

17 . The computer readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the first input is received from an application executing on the device, and wherein the video gallery replaces, on the first or second screen, a display of the application.

18 . The computer readable medium of claim 17 , further comprising instructions to receive a second input, wherein the second input opens a second window over the video player, wherein the video player continues to play the video.

19 . The computer readable medium of claim 17 , further comprising instructions to:

receive a third input to enter a stand-by mode; and

continue to play the video.

20 . The computer readable medium of claim 16 , further comprising instructions to:

receive a fourth input that the device docks with an external display;

re-route audio for the video to the external display; and

stop audio playback on the device with the video is played on the external monitor.
