Abstract

Cyclosporin A compositions are disclosed herein comprising an oil and a surfactant. These are useful in the treatment of dry eye disease.

21 . A composition comprising from about 0.001% to about 0.4% cyclosporin A, castor oil, and Lumulse POE (40) MS KP®, wherein said composition is an ophthalmically acceptable emulsion.

22 . The composition of claim 21 comprising from about 0.005% to about 0.05% cyclosporin A.

23 . The composition of claim 22 comprising about 0.05% cyclosporin A.
