2,4-disubstituted pyrimidines useful as kinase inhibitors
The present invention provides 2,4-disubstituted pyrimidine compounds useful as kinase inhibitors, pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof, and methods of using the same.
1. A method for inhibiting activity of Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK), or a mutant thereof, in a patient or in a biological sample comprising the step of administering to said patient or contacting said biological sample with a compound selected from the group consisting of:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the activity of BTK, or a mutant thereof, is inhibited irreversibly.
3. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the activity of BTK, or a mutant thereof, is inhibited irreversibly by covalently modifying Cys 481 of BTK.
