circuitry for specifying an intermediate host for all of the at least two subtypes of the at least one agent with the provided one or more computable attributes;
circuitry for specifying a number of infecting agents of each of the at least two subtypes for the intermediate host;
circuitry for predicting, based on estimated recombination rates between the least two subtypes of the at least one agent within the intermediate host including the specified number of infecting agents of each of the at least two subtypes, a computable prototype of a recombined agent;
circuitry for communicating the predicted computable prototype of a recombined agent to at least one system user;
circuitry for communicating the specified intermediate host of the at least two subtypes of the at least one agent to the at least one system user; and
circuitry for communicating the specified number of infecting agents of each of the at least two subtypes to the at least one system user.
50 . The system of claim 49 , wherein the circuitry for providing one or more computable attributes of each of at least two subtypes of at least one agent comprises:

circuitry for providing one or more computable attributes of each of at least two subtypes of an influenza A virus, wherein each of the at least two subtypes are associated with at least a part of an immune response in at least one human host;
circuitry for specifying an avian species as an intermediate host for each of the at least two subtypes of the influenza A virus with the provided one or more computable attributes;
circuitry for specifying a number of infecting agents of each of the at least two subtypes of the influenza A virus for the specified avian species intermediate host;
circuitry for predicting a computable prototype of a future recombined influenza A virus, wherein the predicting includes estimated recombination rates between the least two subtypes of the influenza A virus within the specified avian species intermediate host and the specified number of infecting agents of each of the at least two subtypes of the influenza A virus;
circuitry for communicating the predicted computable prototype of the future recombined influenza A virus to at least one system user;
circuitry for communicating the specified avian species intermediate host of the at least two subtypes of the influenza A virus to the at least one system user; and
circuitry for communicating the specified number of infecting agents of each of the at least two subtypes of the influenza A virus to the at least one system user.

circuitry for providing one or more computable attributes of each of at least two subtypes of an influenza A virus, wherein each of the at least two subtypes are associated with at least a part of an immune response in at least one human host;
circuitry for specifying a pig species as an intermediate host for each of the at least two subtypes of the influenza A virus with the provided one or more computable attributes;
circuitry for specifying a number of infecting agents of each of the at least two subtypes of the influenza A virus for the specified pig intermediate host;
circuitry for predicting a computable prototype of a future recombined influenza A virus, wherein the predicting includes estimated recombination rates between the least two subtypes of the influenza A virus within the specified pig species intermediate host and the specified number of infecting agents of each of the at least two subtypes of the influenza A virus;
circuitry for communicating the predicted computable prototype of the future recombined influenza A virus to at least one system user;
circuitry for communicating the specified pig species intermediate host of the at least two subtypes of the influenza A virus to the at least one system user; and
circuitry for communicating the specified number of infecting agents of each of the at least two subtypes of the influenza A virus to the at least one system. user.
