12. The hygiene compliance reporting system of claim 11 , wherein the at least one hygiene compliance report includes information regarding a date and time that each of the individually named caregivers was at each location and whether the hygiene protocol was met at each location at the indicated date and time.

13. The hygiene compliance reporting system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one hygiene compliance report includes information regarding a compliance percentage total for all of the plurality of monitored caregivers at all locations within the facility.

14. The hygiene compliance reporting system of claim 1 , further comprising badges worn by the plurality of monitored caregivers, the badges being operable to communicate with the first set of sensors.

15. The hygiene compliance reporting system of claim 1 , wherein each sensor of the second set of sensors is associated with a respective sink.

16. The hygiene compliance reporting system of claim 1 , wherein each sensor of the second set of sensors is associated with a respective faucet.

17. The hygiene compliance reporting system of claim 1 , wherein each sensor of the second set of sensors is associated with a respective dispenser.

18. The hygiene compliance reporting system of claim 17 , wherein at least one of the respective dispensers comprises a towelette dispenser.

19. The hygiene compliance reporting system of claim 17 , wherein at least one of the respective dispensers comprises an alcohol dispenser.
