6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the insurance product model is represented at least in part using structured text data, a database table, or both.

7. The system of claim 1 , wherein to interpret includes to prompt a user to provide supplemental policy-specific data.

8. The system of claim 1 , wherein to interpret includes to:

determine a set of available products;

present the set of available products to the user; and

receive a user determination of a particular product to be used.

9. The system of claim 1 , wherein to interpret includes to identify a specific coverage to include in a resultant insurance policy.

16. A method of insurance policy management, comprising:

interpreting, by one or more computer processors, an insurance product model to facilitate collecting supplemental policy-specific data, the insurance product model defining structures of a plurality of derived insurance policies;

obtaining by the one or more computer processors the supplemental policy-specific data; and

performing by the one or more computer processors an insurance-related action based at least in part on the supplemental policy-specific data.

17. A computer program product for insurance policy management, the computer program product being embodied in a tangible computer readable storage medium and comprising computer instructions executable by one or more computer processor for:

Interpreting an insurance product model to facilitate collecting supplemental policy-specific data, the insurance product model defining structures of a plurality of derived insurance policies;

obtaining the supplemental policy-specific data; and

performing an insurance-related action based at least in part on the supplemental policy-specific data.
