Abstract

A guide track ( 3 A) includes a guide rail ( 31 ) having a guide groove ( 31 a ) opened upward in which the pair of guide wheels ( 23 ) inserted, and is formed with a pair of guide surfaces ( 31 b ) for causing each of the pair of guide wheels ( 23 ) to roll at both sides of the traveling course in a width direction; conductor rails ( 32 ) that are placed at both sides of the outside of the traveling course in the width direction with respect to the guide groove ( 31 a ) to perform contact electricity supply by pressing a power collection shoe ( 43 ) of a power collector ( 4 ) of the track-based vehicle; a first insulator ( 33 ) that is formed of an insulation material and supports the conductor rails ( 32 ) with respect to the guide rail; and insulation plates ( 34 ) serving as insulation materials that are provided at both sides of the conductor rail ( 32 ) in the width direction, and are provided in parallel to the conductor rail ( 32 ) and in parallel to a pressing direction of the power collection shoe ( 43 ) so as to prevent a short circuit due to contact with the conductor rail ( 32 ) in a vertical direction.

Claims (11)

1. A guide track for a track-based vehicle that guides the track-based vehicle to follow a predetermined traveling course by causing a pair of guide wheels provided in the track-based vehicle to roll, the guide track comprising:

a track main body having a guide groove opened upward in which the pair of guide wheels is to be inserted, the track main body being formed with a pair of guide surfaces which oppose each other in a width direction, the pair of guide surfaces being configured to cause each of the pair of guide wheels to roll along a corresponding one of the guide surfaces;

a conductor rail that is placed on at least one side of the outside of the track main body in the width direction to perform contact electricity supply by pressing against a power collection shoe of a power collector of the track-based vehicle outwardly in the width direction;

a support portion that is formed of an insulation material and extends along a direction including a horizontal component from a side of the track main body to support the conductor rail with respect to the track main body; and

a protection member in the form of an insulation cover plate attached to a top surface of the track main body above an upper part of the conductor rail in a vertical direction, and provided in parallel to the conductor rail and in parallel to a pressing direction of the power collection shoe so as to prevent a short circuit due to contact with the conductor rail in the vertical direction,

wherein the conductor rail is supported by the support portion such that the conductor rail extends outward of the support portion in the width direction.

2. A transportation system comprising:

the guide track for a track-based vehicle according to claim 1 ; and

the track-based vehicle that is guided by the guide track and runs.

3. The transportation system according to claim 2 , wherein a separation interval of the pair of guide surfaces of the guide track is set to be smaller than the sum of diameters of the pair of guide wheels, and

the pair of guide wheels for a track-based vehicle are provided so that positions thereof in a front and back direction along the track main body are different from each other.
