Abstract

In a working vehicle provided with an engine which is mounted to a travel machine body, a common rail type fuel injection device which injects fuel to the engine, a continuously variable transmission which shifts power from the engine, and the exhaust gas purification device which is arranged in an exhaust system of the engine, in the case that an engine operating point Q relating to a rotating speed N and a torque T of the engine is in a low-speed and low-torque side incapable of self-renewing the exhaust gas purification device, the engine operating point Q is changed to a high-speed and low-torque side capable of self-renewing the exhaust gas purification device, and a change gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission is changed and regulated in such a manner that a vehicle speed V of the travel machine body is not changed.

Claims (7)

1. A drive system control device of a working vehicle, the working vehicle comprising:

an engine which is mounted to a travel machine body;

a fuel injection device which injects fuel to the engine;

a continuously variable transmission which shifts power from the engine; and

an exhaust gas purification device which is arranged in an exhaust system of the engine, where there is provided a renewing device for burning off the particulate matter in the exhaust gas purification device;

wherein when an engine operating point relating to a rotating speed and a torque of the engine is in a low-speed and low-torque side incapable of self-renewing the exhaust gas purification device, the engine operating point of the low speed and low-torque side and the output horsepower are equal, and there is no engine operating point of a high-speed and low-torque side capable of self-renewing the exhaust gas purification device, then the renewing device is actuated so as to forcibly increase the exhaust gas temperature of the engine; and

wherein when the engine operating point of the low-speed and low-torque side and the output horsepower are equal, and there is an engine operating point of a high-speed and low-torque side capable of self-renewing the exhaust gas purification device, then the engine operating point is changed from the low-speed and low-torque side to a high-speed and low-torque side, and a change gear ratio of the continuously variable transmission is changed and regulated in such a manner that a vehicle speed of the travel machine body is not changed and the renewing device is not actuated.
