a memory including

a database configured to store at least one record of a job associated with a fleet entity;

the one or more processors programmed perform at least one of:

receive GPS event data transmitted from at least one GPS device, each GPS device associated with a vehicle, the event GPS event data including location information for the vehicle;

associate at least one vehicle with the job based on the GPS event data; and

provide, for a graphic user interface, an indication of the at least one vehicle to dispatch the job.

2 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further programmed at least to:

provide, for the graphic user interface, the indication of the at least one vehicle in conjunction with a map showing the position of the vehicle.

3 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further programmed at least to:

provide, for the graphic user interface, at least one input interface for selecting an action for dispatching the job.

4 . The computer system of claim 3 , wherein the action includes at least one of:

assigning the job to a driver or vehicle,

finding a nearest vehicle to a job;

reassigning the job to a driver or vehicle;

recalling the job;

identifying the job as complete;

reopening the job; and

canceling the job.

5 . The computer system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more processors are further programmed at least to:

provide, for the graphic user interface, a display of at least one criterion for finding the nearest vehicle.

6 . The computer system of claim 5 , wherein the at least one criterion for finding the nearest vehicle includes at least one of:

a time criterion and a group criterion.

7 . The computer system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more processors are further programmed to provide, for the graphic user interface, a display at least one of, for at least one nearest vehicle to a job:

a number of the nearest vehicles;

an identification of a driver associated each vehicle;

a distance of the vehicle from the job;

a travel time for the job; and

contact information for the vehicle or driver.

8 . The computer system of claim 7 , wherein the contact information includes at least one of:

an indicator showing the driver has a computer application configured to interface with the graphic user interface.

9 . The computer system of claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further programmed at least to:

provide, for the graphic user interface, an assignment action input for assigning the job to the driver via the application.

10 . The computer system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more processors are further programmed at least to:

provide, for the graphic user interface, a pop-up display for selecting the nearest driver.

11 . The computer system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more processors are further programmed to provide, for the graphic user interface, a display at least one of:

a job identification;

an address for the job; and

job a status dropdown.

12 . The computer system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more processors are further programmed at least to:

provide, for the graphic user interface, the indication of at least one nearest vehicle in conjunction with a map showing the position of the at least one nearest vehicle.

13 . The computer system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more processors are further programmed at least to provide, for the graphic user interface a display of a schedule for at least one job and at least one driver.

14 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further programmed at least to provide interface tool for at least one of:

managing a job type;

creating a new job;

managing customers for a job;

uploading a job; and

editing a job.

15 . A method comprising, in at least one computer and a computer readable storage medium or media including computer code:

receiving GPS event data transmitted from a plurality of GPS devices, each GPS device associated with a vehicle;

associating at least one vehicle with the job based on the GPS event data; and

providing, for a graphic user interface, an indication of the at least one vehicle to dispatch the job.

16 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising:

providing, for the graphic user interface, the indication of the at least one vehicle in conjunction with a map showing the position of the vehicle.

17 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising:

providing, for the graphic user interface, at least one input interface for selecting an action for dispatching the job.

18 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the action includes at least one of:

assigning the job to a driver or vehicle,

finding a nearest vehicle to a job;

reassigning the job to a driver or vehicle;

recalling the job;

identifying the job as complete;

reopening the job; and

canceling the job.

19 . The method of claim 18 , further comprising:

providing, for the graphic user interface, a display of at least one criterion for finding the nearest vehicle.

20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the at least one criterion for finding the nearest vehicle includes at least one of:

a time criterion and a group criterion.
