Abstract

Provided herein are compositions and methods for the detection of Streptococcus agalacticae.

Claims (1)

1 . A composition for the detection of an Streptococcus agalacticae atpD sequence in a sample comprising a first primer and a second primer that together specifically generate an amplicon from S. agalacticae atpD nucleic acids, when said sample comprises S. agalacticae.
