Substituted tricyclic compounds as FGFR inhibitors
The present invention relates to tricyclic compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions of the same, that are inhibitors of one or more FGFR enzymes and are useful in the treatment of FGFR-associated diseases such as cancer.
1. A compound which is 3-(2, 6-difluoro-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1 -ethyl-8-(morpholin-4-ylmethyl)-1,3,4,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrrolo[3′,2′:5,6]pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-2-one, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. A compound which is 3-(2,6-difluoro-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-ethyl-8-(morpholin-4-ylmethyl)-1,3,4,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrrolo[3′,2′:5,6]pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-2-one.
3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or carrier.
4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 2 and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient or carrier.
