Inhibitors of protein kinases
The present invention is directed to methods of inhibiting syk and/or JAK kinase activity, methods of inhibiting platelet aggregation, and methods to prevent or treat a number of conditions mediated at least in part by syk and/or JAK kinase activity, such as undesired thrombosis and Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma with compounds of the formula: and pharmaceutically acceptable tautomers, salts, or stereoisomers thereof.
1. A method for treating rheumatoid arthritis or Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma in a subject comprising the step of administering to a subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of a compound having the formula:
wherein D 1 is C 3-8 cycloalkyl, or a pharmaceutically acceptable tautomer, salt, or stereoisomer thereof.
2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound has the formula:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable tautomer, salt, or stereoisomer thereof.
3. A method of claim 2 , wherein D 1 is cyclopropyl or cyclobutyl.
4. A method of claim 2 , wherein D 1 is cyclopropyl.
5. A method of claim 2 , wherein D 1 is cyclobutyl.
6. A method of claim 2 , wherein the compound has the formula:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
