MANUFACTURE, COMPOSITIONS AND USES OF COAGULATION FACTOR VIIA MODULATOR
Treatment of cancer and thromboembolic disorders using inhibitors of Factor VIIa are disclosed herein using a compound of Formula I:
1 . A solution comprising:
a) a compound of Formula I or a salt thereof:
and
b) a thrombin modulator;
wherein the compound of Formula I and the thrombin modulator are in solution.
2 . A composition comprising:
a) a compound of Formula I or a salt thereof:
and
b) an amino acid buffer.
3 . A combined dosage comprising:
a) a compound of Formula I or a salt thereof:
and
b) an additional therapeutic agent;
wherein the compound of Formula I and the additional therapeutic agent are in a combined dosage form.
4 . A composition comprising:
a) a compound of Formula I or a salt thereof:
b) a pH adjusting agent;
wherein the pH of the composition is between 7 and 9.
5 . A kit comprising, a container comprising:
a) a compound of Formula I or a salt thereof:
and
b) an additional therapeutic agent; and
c) a buffer and/or diluent.
