Abstract

The present invention relates to substituted benzene compounds. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and methods of treating cancer by administering these compounds and pharmaceutical compositions to subjects in need thereof. The present invention also relates to the use of such compounds for research or other non-therapeutic purposes.

Claims (23)

1. A compound selected from the group consisting of

and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.

2. A compound being

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 2 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

7. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 6 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

13. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 12 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

14. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

A method of treating cancer comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is lymphoma or malignant rhabdoid tumor, wherein the lymphoma is selected from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), and follicular lymphoma.

16. The method of claim 15 , wherein the cancer is malignant rhabdoid tumor.

17. The method of claim 15 , wherein the compound is

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

18. The method of claim 15 , wherein the cancer is lymphoma selected from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), and follicular lymphoma.
