A new and distinct cultivar of Calibrachoa plant named ‘USCAL23101’, characterized by its compact, upright to outwardly spreading and mounding plant habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; freely flowering habit; intense cherry red-colored flowers; and good garden performance.
