Heterocycle amines and uses thereof

1. A compound of Formula (I-A):
or a salt thereof,
wherein
is a single or double bond;
W is S;
X is N;
Y is N;
Z is C;
R 1 is C 1 -C 6 alkyl substituted with pyrrolidinyl optionally substituted with methyl or methoxy;
R 2 and R 3 are hydrogen;
R 4 is pyrazolyl optionally substituted with methyl;
R 5 is hydrogen.
2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 4 is pyrazolyl substituted with methyl.
3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 4 is pyrazolyl.

5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
6. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 1 is C 1 -C 6 alkyl substituted with pyrrolidinyl.
7. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 1 is C 1 -C 6 alkyl substituted with pyrrolidinyl substituted with methyl.
8. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 1 is C 1 -C 6 alkyl substituted with pyrrolidinyl substituted with methoxy.
