Abstract

This invention relates to the use of a composition comprising a polysaccharide and a botulinum toxin for reducing a skin wrinkle. In some embodiments, the polysaccharide comprises disaccharides. In some embodiments, the average molecular weight of a disaccharide unit of the polysaccharide is between about 345 D and about 1,000 D.

Claims (5)

1 . A pharmaceutical composition, comprising: (a) a botulinum toxin, and (b) a recombinant human serum albumin, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is in a lyophilized or vacuum-dried condition for reconstitution.

3 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , further comprising an acetyltryptophanate or salts or derivatives thereof.

4 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the recombinant human serum albumin was expressed in yeast cells.

5 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the botulinum toxin is botulinum toxin type A.
