Nematocidal sulfonamides
Disclosed are compounds of Formula 1, N-oxides, and salts thereof, wherein Z is O or S; and R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , Q and n are as defined in the disclosure. Also disclosed are compositions containing the compounds of Formula 1 and methods for controlling a parasitic nematode comprising contacting the parasitic nematode or its environment with a biologically effective amount of a compound or a composition of the invention.

and at least one additional fungicide selected from the group consisting of probenazole, tiadinil, isotianil, pyroquilon, metominostrobin, flutolanil, validamycin, furametpyr, pencycuron, simeconazole, orysastrobin, trifloxystrobin, isoprothiolane, azoxystrobin, tricyclazole, hexaconazole, difenoconazole, cyproconazole, propiconazole, fenoxanil, ferimzone, fthalide, kasugamycin, picoxystrobin, penthiopyrad, famoxadone, cymoxanil, proquinazid, flusilazole, mancozeb, copper hydroxide and 1-[4-[4-[5-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-3-isoxazolyl]-2-thiazolyl]-1-piperidinyl]-2-[5-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]ethanone.
2. The composition of claim 1 wherein the fungicide is picoxystrobin.
3. The composition of claim 1 wherein the fungicide is penthiopyrad.
4. The composition of claim 1 wherein the fungicide is 1-[4-[4-[5-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-3-isoxazolyl]-2-thiazolyl]-1-piperidinyl]-2-[5-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]ethanone.
5. The composition of claim 1 wherein the compound of Formula 1 is 8-chloro-N-[(2-chloro-5-methoxyphenyl)sulfonyl]-6-(trifluoromethyl)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2-carboxamide.
6. The composition of claim 1 wherein the compound of Formula 1 is 8-chloro-N-[(2-chloro-5-methoxyphenyl)sulfonyl]-6-(trifluoromethyl)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2-carboxamide and the fungicide is picoxystrobin.
7. The composition of claim 1 wherein the compound of Formula 1 is 8-chloro-N-[(2-chloro-5-methoxyphenyl)sulfonyl]-6-(trifluoromethyl)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2-carboxamide and the fungicide is penthiopyrad.
8. The composition of claim 1 wherein the compound of Formula 1 is 8-chloro-N-[(2-chloro-5-methoxyphenyl)sulfonyl]-6-(trifluoromethyl)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2-carboxamide and the fungicide is 1-[4-[4-[5-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-3-isoxazolyl]-2-thiazolyl]-1-piperidinyl]-2-[5-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]ethanone.
9. A method for controlling a parasitic nematode comprising contacting the parasitic nematode or its environment with a biologically effective amount of a composition of claim 1 .
