ANTAGONISTS OF IL17C FOR THE TREATMENT OF INFLAMMATORY DISORDERS
The present invention provides antagonists of IL17C for use in the treatment of an inflammatory disorder.
1 . An isolated antibody or antibody fragment specific for IL 17C for use in the treatment of an inflammatory disorder, wherein said inflammatory disorder is selected from pulmonary inflammation, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), and wherein IL17C consists of amino acids of SEQ. ID No.: 181.
