and 3-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-N-{2-[4-(hydroxycarbamoyl)phenoxy]ethyl}-1-benzofuran-2-carboxamide

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the solid tumor is a carcinoma.

3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the carcinoma is breast cancer.

4. The method of claim 2 , wherein the carcinoma is pancreatic cancer.

5. The method of claim 2 , wherein the carcinoma is colorectal cancer.

6. The method of claim 2 , wherein the carcinoma is bladder cancer.

7. The method of claim 2 , wherein the carcinoma is lung cancer.

8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the lung cancer is a non-small cell lung cancer.

9. The method of claim 7 , wherein the lung cancer is a large cell lung cancer.

10. The method of claim 2 , wherein the carcinoma is prostate cancer.

11. The method of claim 2 , wherein the carcinoma is ovarian cancer.

12. The method of claim 2 , wherein the carcinoma is bile duct cancer.

13. The method of claim 1 , wherein ibrutinib and abexinostat are administered in a unified dosage form or separate dosage forms.

14. The method of claim 1 , wherein ibrutinib and abexinostat are administered simultaneously or sequentially.

15. A composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of (R)-1-(3-(4-amino-3-(4-phenoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-1-yl)piperidin-1-yl)prop-2-en-1-one

and a therapeutically effective amount of 3-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-N-{2-[4-(hydroxycarbamoyl)phenoxy]ethyl}-1-benzofuran-2-carboxamide

and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
