11 . The computer-based method of claim 1 , further comprising, preceding the receiving of the player funding instruction, and responsive to a declined funding request, providing to the player an offer to accept enrollment into a stored value payment vehicle.

12 . The computer-based method of claim 11 , further comprising, subsequent to the player providing an indication of acceptance of the offer, causing the issuance of the stored value payment vehicle to the player.

13 . The computer-based method of claim 12 , wherein the balance transferred from the stored value account to the gaming account comprises funds received from the issuer processor computing system from a player funding source subsequent to the issuance of the stored value payment vehicle to the player.

causing, by the transaction facilitator computing system, an increase of the balance amount of the gaming account based on an amount of funds requested in the load request;

causing, by the transaction facilitator computing system, a decrease of the balance amount of the stored value account associated with the stored payment vehicle based on the amount of funds requested in the load request.

15 . The computer-based method of claim 14 , wherein the remote computing device executing the application is any of a mobile computing device, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a gaming device, a wearable computing device, and a kiosk.

16 . The computer-based method of claim 15 , wherein the gaming website is accessible via the remote computing device.
