Method for transmitting control information and apparatus therefor
A method for transmitting uplink control information. The method according to an embodiment includes identifying a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest—Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK)( 0 ) and a HARQ-ACK( 1 ), and transmitting b( 0 )b( 1 ) using a PUCCH resource among a plurality of PUCCH resources based on the HARQ-ACK( 0 ) and the HARQ-ACK( 1 ). a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) on the primary cell.
1. A method for transmitting uplink control information by a user equipment (UE) configured with a plurality of cells including a primary cell and a secondary cell in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
identifying, by the UE, a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest—Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK)( 0 ) and a HARQ-ACK( 1 ); and
transmitting, by the UE, bits b( 0 )b( 1 ) using a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource among a plurality of PUCCH resources based on the HARQ-ACK( 0 ) and the HARQ-ACK( 1 ) to a base station (BS) for signaling the HARQ-ACK( 0 ) and the HARQ-ACK( 1 ), wherein the b( 0 )b( 1 ) and the PUCCH resource are given according to a relation including Table 1,

where the HARQ-ACK( 0 ) indicates an ACK/Negative ACK (ACK/NACK)/Discontinuous Transmission (DTX) response to a data block related to the primary cell, the HARQ-ACK( 1 ) indicates an ACK/NACK/DTX response to a data block related to the secondary cell, n (1) PUCCH, i (i=0, 1) indicates the plurality of PUCCH resources, and n (1) PUCCH, 0 indicates a PUCCH resource linked to a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) on the primary cell.
2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein no transmission is performed if the HARQ-ACK( 0 ) is the DTX and the HARQ-ACK( 1 ) is the NACK.
3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the primary cell includes a primary component carrier (PCC) and the secondary cell includes a secondary component carrier (SCC).
4. A user equipment (UE) configured with a plurality of cells including a primary cell and a secondary cell and configured to transmit uplink control information in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:
a radio frequency (RF) unit; and
a processor operatively coupled to the RF unit and configured to:
identify a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest—Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK)( 0 ) and a HARQ-ACK( 1 ), and
transmit, via the RF unit, bits b( 0 )b( 1 ) using a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource among a plurality of PUCCH resources to a base station (BS) for signaling the HARQ-ACK( 0 ) and the HARQ-ACK( 1 ), wherein the b( 0 )b( 1 ) and the PUCCH resource are given according to a relation including Table 1,

5. The UE according to claim 4 , wherein no transmission is performed if the HARQ-ACK( 0 ) is the DTX and the HARQ-ACK( 1 ) is the NACK.
6. The UE according to claim 4 , wherein the primary cell includes a primary component carrier (PCC) and the secondary cell includes a secondary component carrier (SCC).
7. A method for receiving uplink control information by a base station (BS) configured with a plurality of cells including a primary cell and a secondary cell in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
receiving, by the BS, bits b( 0 )b( 1 ) using a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource among a plurality of PUCCH resources from a user equipment (UE), the bits b( 0 )b( 1 ) being determined based on a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest —Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK)( 0 ) and a HARQ-ACK( 1 ) identified by the UE; and
identifying, by the BS, the HARQ-ACK(b) and the HARQ-ACK( 1 ) based on the b( 0 )b( 1 ) and the PUCCH resource, wherein the HARQ-ACK( 0 ) and the HARQ-ACK( 1 ) are identified by the BS according to a relation including Table 1,

9. The method according to claim 7 , wherein the primary cell includes a primary component carrier (PCC) and the secondary cell includes a secondary component carrier (SCC).
10. A base station (BS) configured with a plurality of cells including a primary cell and a secondary cell and configured to receive uplink control information in a wireless communication system, the BS comprising:
a radio frequency (RF) unit; and
a processor operatively coupled to the RF unit and configured to:
receive, via the RF unit, bits b( 0 )b( 1 ) using a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource among a plurality of PUCCH resources from a user equipment (UE) , the bits b( 0 )b( 1 ) being determined based on a Hybrid Automatic Repeat request—Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK)( 0 ) and a HARQ-ACK( 1 ) identified by the UE, and
identify the HARQ-ACK( 0 ) and the HARQ-ACK( 1 ) based on the b( 0 )b( 1 ) and the PUCCH resource, wherein the HARQ-ACK( 0 ) and the HARQ-ACK( 1 ) are identified by the BS according to the relation including Table 1,

12. The BS according to claim 10 , wherein the primary cell includes a primary component carrier (PCC) and the secondary cell includes a secondary component carrier (SCC).
