Claims (13)

1. A method of treating a mammal suffering from a cancer, wherein the cancer is a breast cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer , bladder cancer, esophageal cancer, prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, acute myeloid leukemia, lymphocytic leukemia,

chronic myeloid leukemia, or lymphoma wherein said method comprises:

a. preparing a composition comprising a therapeutically effective dose of a compound with the formula (2), (3), (4), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (11), (12), (18), (20) or (22) or therapuetically effective dose of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of a compound with the formula (2), (3), (4), (6), (7, (8), (9), (10), (11), (12), (18), (20) or (22);

b. optionally, a pharmaceutical formulation, by combining the compostion of step a with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carrierers; and

c. administering, or causing to be administered the compostion of step a or the pharmaceutically formulation of steps b to the mammal suffering from the cancer.

2. A method of treating a mammal suffering from a cancer, wherein the cancer is a myeloproliferative syndrome, acute myeloid leukemia, T-acute lymphocytic leukemia, or chronic myeloid leukemia in blast crisis, wherein said method comprises:

a. preparing a composition comprising a therapeutically effective dose of a compound with the formula (2), (3), (4), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (11), (12), (14), (15), (18), (20), (21), 23), or (22) or therapuetically effective dose of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of a compound of formula (2), (3), (4), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (11), (12), (18), (20), (21), (2,3),or (22)

b. optionally, preparing a pharmaceutical formulation, by combining the compostion of step a with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carrierers; and

c. administering, or causing to be administered , the compostion of of step a or the pharmaceutically formulation of steps b to the mammal suffering from the cancer.

3. A method of treating a mammal suffering from a pancreatic cancer, wherein said method comprises:

a. preparing a composition comprising a therapeutically effective dose of a compound with the formula (3), (6), (7), (8), (10), (11), or (20) or a therapeutically effective dose of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of compound of formula (3), (6), (7), (8), (10), (11), or (20) with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and

b. optionally, preparing a pharmaceutical formulation, by combining the compostion of step a with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carrierers; and

c. administering, or causing to be administered , the compostion of of step a or the pharmaceutically formulation of steps b to the mamal suffering from the cancer.
