1 . A method comprising:

receiving blink data comprising at least a tag unique identifier from a tag;

calculating, using a processor, tag location data, wherein the tag location data is based on the blink data; and

correlating the tag location data to provider location data.

2 . The method of claim 1 further comprising:

aggregating demand;

correlating the demand to the tag location data and the provider location data; and

generating experience enhancement data based on the demand correlated to the tag location data and the provider location data.

utilizing the experience enhancement data to generate analytic data, wherein the analytic data comprises at least one of provider data, transaction data, or experience data; and

calculating, using the processor, provider supply based on the analytic data.

generating, using the processor, historical analytic data; and

generating, using the processor, predictive analytic data, wherein the historical analytic data and the predictive analytic data are based on at least one of the tag location data, the provider location data, or monitored individual location data.

generating an alert based on at least one of tag location data, provider location data, provider supply, analytic data, or demand, wherein the alert comprises at least one of a text message, a promotion, an email, an invitation, a message, or a notification;

allocating the provider supply based on demand; and

distributing the provider supply.

receive blink data comprising at least a tag unique identifier from a tag;

correlate the tag location data to provider location data.

53 . The apparatus of claim 52 , wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are further configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to:

aggregate demand;

correlate the demand to the tag location data and the provider location data; and

generate experience enhancement data based on the demand correlated to the tag location data and the provider location data.
