Nonaqueous electrolyte battery including package member having blackbody material layer
View Patent ↗A nonaqueous electrolyte battery is provided which includes a battery element, and a package member for packaging the battery element, and in the nonaqueous electrolyte battery, the package member includes a layer which contains a blackbody material capable of using blackbody radiation and which has an emissivity of 0.6 or more.
1. A nonaqueous electrolyte battery comprising:
a battery element; and
a package member for packaging the battery element,
wherein the package member includes an outer layer film, a layer which contains a blackbody material and which has an emissivity of 0.6 or more, a metal layer, and an inner layer film, and
the layer containing the blackbody material is provided between the outer layer film and the metal layer.
2. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the layer containing the blackbody material is a blackbody material layer containing the blackbody material and a resin.
3. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 2 , wherein the package member further includes an adhesive layer between the blackbody material layer and the metal layer.
4. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the layer containing the blackbody material is an adhesive layer containing the blackbody material and an adhesive.
5. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 4 , wherein the adhesive contains a urethane resin, an acrylic resin, or a styrene resin.
6. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the blackbody material comprises at least one of a carbon material, a silicate material, and a metal oxide material.
7. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the blackbody material has an average particle diameter of 1.0 μm or less, and
the layer containing the blackbody material has a thickness of 1 to 5 μm.
8. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 7 , wherein the blackbody material has an average particle diameter of 0.5 μm or less.
9. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the content of the blackbody material is 60 to 80 percent by weight of the layer containing the blackbody material.
10. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the inner layer film has a thickness of 10 to 50 μm.
11. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the battery element is received in a battery element receiving portion formed in the package member, and a peripheral portion of the battery element is sealed.
12. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein an electrolyte contained in the battery element contains an electrolytic solution and a retainer containing a polymer compound which retains the electrolytic solution.
13. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the layer containing the blackbody material has CMY values of C (cyan), M (magenta), and Y (yellow) that are all 70 or more.
14. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the layer containing the blackbody material further contains an additive.
15. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the metal layer has a thickness of 50 to 150 μm.
16. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to claim 1 , wherein the outer layer film contains a nylon (Ny), a poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET), a poly(ethylene naphthalate) (PEN), a poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT), or a poly(butylene naphthalate) (PBN).
17. A nonaqueous electrolyte battery comprising:
a battery element; and
a package member for packaging the battery element,
wherein the package member includes a protective layer, a layer which contains a blackbody material and which has an emissivity of 0.6 or more, a metal layer, and a heat fusion layer, and
the layer containing the blackbody material is provided between the protective layer and the metal layer.
