Abstract

A stator device for a linear motor comprises an electrically energizable magnetic field generator for forming a magnetic field, the magnetic field generator comprising a stator tooth and a coil wound around the stator tooth and a holding module for holding the magnetic field generator, the holding module having a first and a second holding device, wherein the magnetic field generator is arranged between the two holding devices in that a first end of the stator tooth is fixed to the first holding device and a second end of the stator tooth is fixed to the second holding device.

Claims (32)

1. A linear transport system comprising

an assembly of a plurality of adjacently arranged transport system modules, and

a vehicle,

each transport system module comprising a stator, the stator being connected to an adjacently arranged stator by means of an electrical component which can be displaced in or is displaceable,

each stator comprising a plurality of magnetic field generators,

each magnetic field generator having at least one coil,

each magnetic field generator being individually energized,

the magnetic field generators forming a travel path for the vehicle, along hich said vehicle can be displaced,

wherein a first linear transport system module has straight form and a second linear transport system module has arcuate form,

the vehicle comprising a support, the support comprising a reaction part which is designed to interact with the magnetic field formed by means of the magnetic field generators, such that a thrust force is formed that moves the support,

wherein the magnetic field generators of the stator of the second linear transport system module are arranged along a curve of a clothoid form, a curvature profile of the clothoid form increasing linearly.

2. The linear transport system of claim 1 , wherein each stator comprises a first circuit board and a second circuit board, wherein the coils of the magnetic field generators are arranged between the two circuit boards.

3. The linear transport system of claim 2 , wherein the first and second circuit boards have first and second cutouts respectively, the first and second cutouts being arranged opposite one another and bearing stator teeth.

4. The linear transport system of claim 3 , wherein a coil of a magnetic field generator is wound around every second stator tooth.

5. A stator for a linear motor, comprising:

a plurality of electrically energizable magnetic field generators for forming a magnetic field, and

a first holding device comprising a plurality of first cutouts for holding the plurality of magnetic field generators,

the plurality of first cutouts forming a travel path for a vehicle, along which said vehicle can be displaced,

the plurality of first cutouts being arranged along a clothoid, a curvature profile of the clothoid increasing linearly.

6. The stator device of claim 5 comprising a second holding device comprising a plurality of second cutouts for holding the plurality of magnetic field generators, wherein the plurality of magnetic field generators is arranged between the first and second holding devices.

7. The stator device of claim 6 , each magnetic field generator comprising a stator tooth and a coil wound around the stator tooth, wherein the plurality of magnetic field generators is arranged between the two holding devices in that a first end of the stator tooth is inserted into and fixed in a first cutout of the first holding device and wherein the second end of the stator tooth is inserted into and fixed in a second cutout of the second holding device.

8. The stator device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein a non-wound stator tooth is arranged between the two adjacent magnetic field generators.

9. The stator device as claimed in claim 5 , further comprising a mounting device which is formed separately from the first holding device and which is designed for fastening of a guide for guiding said vehicle, wherein the first holding device is fastened to the mounting device in that two holding devices are fastened to opposite sides of the mounting device.

10. The stator device as claimed in claim 5 , further comprising a support module for supporting the first holding device, the support module comprising an installation space for an electronic component.

11. A linear transport system comprising:

a plurality of electrically energizable magnetic field generators for forming a magnetic field, and

a first holding module comprising a plurality of first cutouts for holding the plurality of magnetic field generators,

the plurality of first cutouts forming a travel path for a vehicle, along which said vehicle can be displaced,

the plurality of first cutouts being arranged along a clothoid, a curvature profile of the clothoid increasing linearly, and

a support for the vehicle, the support comprising at least one reaction part which is designed to interact with the magnetic field formed by means of the magnetic field generator of the stator device.

12. The linear transport system as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the reaction part comprises at least one permanent magnet.

13. The linear transport system as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the reaction part comprises a soft magnetic material.
