Abstract

A vehicle an electric parking brake mechanism including a power source, unshielded power wires connected to the power source and covered by an outer sheath, and a brake caliper configured to receive a power from the power source via the unshielded power wires, and an ABS mechanism including an ABS sensor detecting a rotation speed of a wheel, unshielded signal wires connected to the ABS sensor and covered by the outer sheath together with the unshielded power wires, and a control unit for conducting an ABS control based on a signal input from the ABS sensor via the unshielded signal wires.

Claims (24)

1. A vehicle, comprising:

an electric parking brake mechanism comprising a power source, unshielded power wires connected to the power source and covered by extrusion molding an outer sheath, and a brake caliper configured to receive a power from the power source via the unshielded power wires; and

an ABS mechanism comprising an ABS sensor detecting a rotation speed of a wheel, unshielded signal wires connected to the ABS sensor and covered by the outer sheath together with the unshielded power wires, and a control unit for conducting an ABS control based on a signal input from the ABS sensor via the unshielded signal wires,

wherein the unshielded power wires are included in an electric cable,

wherein the unshielded signal wires are included in a sensor cable,

wherein the outer sheath collectively covers the electric cable and the sensor cable,

wherein electric wires covered by the outer sheath are consisting of two of the unshielded power wires and two of the unshielded signal wires,

wherein the outer sheath is partially interposed between the electric cable and the sensor cable,

wherein an outer diameter of each of the unshielded power wires is larger than an outer diameter of each of the unshielded signal wires, and

wherein the unshielded power wires contact with each other and the unshielded signal wires, contacting each other, are located in a recessed space formed by the power wires.

2. The vehicle according to claim 1 ,

wherein the electric cable and the sensor cable are covered with a paper, a fabric, or a resin tape.

3. The vehicle according to claim 2 , wherein the unshielded signal wires consist of two of the unshielded signal wires and the unshielded power wires consist of two of the unshielded power wires.

4. A vehicle, comprising:

an electric parking brake mechanism comprising a power source, unshielded power wires connected to the power source and covered by extrusion molding an outer sheath, and a brake caliper configured to receive a power from the power source via the unshielded power wires; and

an ABS mechanism comprising an ABS sensor detecting a rotation speed of a wheel, unshielded signal wires connected to the ABS sensor and covered by the outer sheath together with the unshielded power wires, and a control unit for conducting an ABS control based on a signal input from the ABS sensor via the unshielded signal wires,

wherein an outer diameter of each of the unshielded power wires is larger than an outer diameter of each of the unshielded signal wires,

wherein the unshielded power wires are included in an electric cable,

wherein the unshielded signal wires are included in a sensor cable,

wherein the electric cable and the sensor cable are covered with a paper, a fabric, or a resin tape,

wherein the unshielded power wires contact with each other and the unshielded signal wires, contacting each other, are located in a recessed space formed by the power wires.

5. The vehicle according to claim 4 , wherein the outer sheath collectively covers the electric cable and the sensor cable.

6. The vehicle according to claim 5 , wherein a space between the electric cable and the sensor cable is filled with the outer sheath.

7. The vehicle according to claim 4 , wherein the outer sheath is partially interposed between the electric cable and the sensor cable.
