Abstract

The present invention relates to substituted benzene compounds. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and methods of treating cancer by administering these compounds and pharmaceutical compositions to subjects in need thereof. The present invention also relates to the use of such compounds for research or other non-therapeutic purposes.

Claims (20)

1. A method of treating cancer comprising administering to a human subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of

a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the cancer is lymphoma or malignant rhabdoid tumor.

3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the cancer is lymphoma.

4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the lymphoma is selected from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), and follicular lymphoma.

5. The method of claim 2 , wherein the cancer is malignant rhabdoid tumor.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound is

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

7. A method of treating cancer comprising administering to a human subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of

a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the cancer is lymphoma or malignant rhabdoid tumor.

9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the cancer is lymphoma.

10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the lymphoma is selected from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), and follicular lymphoma.

11. The method of claim 8 , wherein the cancer is malignant rhabdoid tumor.

12. A method of treating cancer comprising administering to a human subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of

a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

13. The method of claim 12 , wherein the cancer is lymphoma or malignant rhabdoid tumor.

14. The method of claim 13 , wherein the cancer is lymphoma.

15. The method of claim 14 , wherein the lymphoma is selected from diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), and follicular lymphoma.

16. The method of claim 12 , wherein the cancer is malignant rhabdoid tumor.
