Graphene, composition for preparing graphene, and method of preparing graphene using the composition

Graphene comprising a nitrogen-containing organic compound wherein the nitrogen-containing organic compound is chemically and/or physically bonded to a surface of the graphene and at least one selected from: an imidazole and a benzimidazole, and wherein the graphene does not comprise a substituted imidazole, a substituted benzimidazole, and a benzoxazole,

wherein the graphene has a sheet resistance value more than 0 Ω/sq to 300 Ω/sq, and

wherein the graphene is prepared by a method comprising: doping graphene with a composition for preparing graphene to obtain doped graphene, the composition for preparing graphene comprising the nitrogen-containing organic compound, an oxidizing agent, and an acid.
