1,2,5-oxadiazoles as inhibitors of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase
The present invention is directed to 1,2,5-oxadiazole derivatives, and compositions of the same, which are inhibitors of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase and are useful in the treatment of cancer and other disorders, and to the processes and intermediates for making such 1,2,5-oxadiazole derivatives.
1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of the formula:
and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
2. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition is a unit dosage form.
3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , wherein the unit dosage form is a tablet.
4. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , wherein the unit dosage form is a capsule.
5. A pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound of formula:
6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of claim 5 and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
7. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 6 , wherein the composition is a unit dosage form.
8. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 7 , wherein the unit dosage form is a tablet.
9. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 7 , wherein the unit dosage form is a capsule.
