determining, by one or more computer processors, a formatting and a text content of a response email, wherein the response email responds to at least one received email;

generating, by one or more computer processors, a template response, wherein the template response comprises the formatting and the text content of the response email;

associating, by one or more computer processors, the template response with the at least one received email;

receiving, by one or more computer processors, a first email;

determining, by one or more computer processors, if the first email is similar to the at least one received email;

responsive to determining the first email is similar to the at least one received email, providing, by one or more computer processors, the template response for the first email;

determining, by one or more computer processors, a formatting and a text content of at least one composed email;

generating, by one or more computer processors, a template new email, wherein the template new email comprises the formatting and the text content of the at least one composed email;

associating, by one or more computer processors, the template new email with the at least one composed email;

receiving, by one or more computer processors, an indication to compose a new email; and

responsive to determining the new email is similar to the at least one composed email, providing, by one or more computer processors, the template new email for the new email.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein determining if the first email is similar to the at least one received email comprises:

identifying, by one or more computer processors, at least one data parameter of the first email, wherein the at least one data parameter comprises one or more of the following: a sender address, a recipient address, a subject line text content, a body text content, a date sent, a time sent, an existence of an attached file, and a name of an attached file name; and

determining, by one or more computer processors, if the at least one data parameter of the first email is similar to at least one data parameter of each of the at least one received emails.

3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

receiving, by one or more computer processors, a second email; and

determining, by one or more computer processors, if the second email is similar to the at least one received email.

4. The method of claim 3 , wherein responsive to determining the first email is similar to at least one received email, providing, by one or more computer processors, the template response comprises:

responsive to determining the first email is similar to the at least one received email and the second email is similar to the at least one received email, providing, by one or more computer processors, the template response for the first email and the second email.

5. A computer program product for managing emails, the computer program product comprising:

one or more computer readable storage media; and

program instructions stored on the one or more computer readable storage media, the program instructions comprising:

program instructions to determine a formatting and a text content of a response email, wherein the response email responds to at least one received email;

program instructions to generate a template response, wherein the template response comprises the formatting and the text content of the response email;

program instructions to associate the template response with the at least one received email;

program instructions to receive a first email;

program instructions to determine if the first email is similar to the at least one received email;

program instructions, responsive to determining the first email is similar to the at least one received email, to provide the template response for the first email;

program instructions to determine a formatting and a text content of at least one composed email;

program instructions to generate a template new email, wherein the template new email comprises the formatting and the text content of the at least one composed email;

program instructions to associate the template new email with the at least one composed email;

program instructions to receive an indication to compose a new email; and

program instructions, responsive to determining the new email is similar to the at least one composed email, to provide the template new email for the new email.

6. The computer program product of claim 5 , wherein the program instructions to determine if the first email is similar to the at least one received email comprise:

program instructions to identify at least one data parameter of the first email, wherein the at least one data parameter comprises one or more of the following: a sender address, a recipient address, a subject line text content, a body text content, a date sent, a time sent, an existence of an attached file, and a name of an attached file name; and

program instructions to determine if the at least one data parameter of the first email is similar to at least one data parameter of each of the at least one received emails.

7. The computer program product of claim 5 , further comprising program instructions, stored on the one or more computer readable storage media, to:

receive a second email; and

determine if the second email is similar to the at least one received email.

8. The computer program product of claim 7 , wherein the program instructions, responsive to determining the first email is similar to at least one received email, to provide the template response comprise:

program instructions, responsive to determining the first email is similar to the at least one received email and the second email is similar to the at least one received email, to provide the template response for the first email and the second email.

9. A computer system for managing emails, the computer system comprising:

one or more computer processors;

one or more computer readable store media; and

program instructions, stored on the one or more computer readable storage media for execution by at least one of the one or more computer processors, the program instructions comprising:

program instructions to determine a formatting and a text content of a response email, wherein the response email responds to at least one received email;

program instructions to generate a template response, wherein the template response comprises the formatting and the text content of the response email;

program instructions to associate the template response with the at least one received email;

program instructions to receive a first email;

program instructions to determine if the first email is similar to the at least one received email;

program instructions, responsive to determining the first email is similar to the at least one received email, to provide the template response for the first email;

program instructions to determine a formatting and a text content of at least one composed email;

program instructions to generate a template new email, wherein the template new email comprises the formatting and the text content of the at least one composed email;

program instructions to associate the template new email with the at least one composed email;

program instructions to receive an indication to compose a new email; and

program instructions, responsive to determining the new email is similar to the at least one composed email, to provide the template new email for the new email.

10. The computer system of claim 9 , wherein the program instructions to determine if the first email is similar to the at least one received email comprise:

program instructions to identify at least one data parameter of the first email, wherein the at least one data parameter comprises one or more of the following: a sender address, a recipient address, a subject line text content, a body text content, a date sent, a time sent, an existence of an attached file, and a name of an attached file name; and
