HUMAN THERAPEUTIC AGENTS
Human therapeutic treatment compositions comprise at least two of a curcumin component, a harmine component, and an isovanillin component, and preferably all three in combination. The agents are effective for the treatment of human conditions, especially human cancers.
1 . A therapeutic composition comprising the combination of at least one isovanillin component comprising isovanillin and at least one harmine component comprising harmine, wherein the components of the composition are different, said isovanillin being synthetically derived or derived from naturally occurring product(s) containing said isovanillin which have been treated so that the isovanillin is present at a level of at least about 25% by weight in the treated naturally occurring product(s), and said harmine being synthetically derived or derived from naturally occurring product(s) containing said harmine which have been treated so that the harmine is present at a level of at least about 25% by weight in the treated naturally occurring product(s).
2 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein said harmine and said isovanillin are each at least about 50% pure.

8 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition exhibits therapeutic synergy.
9 . The composition of claim 1 , the weight ratio of said isovanillin to said harmine ranging from about 0.5:1 to 15:1.

11 . The composition of claim 1 , the weight amount of said isovanillin being from about 75% to 95% by weight, and the weight amount of said harmine being from about 5% to 25% by weight, based upon the total weight of the two components in the composition taken as 100% by weight.

17 . The composition claim 1 , said at least one isovanillin component consisting essentially of isovanillin, and said at least one harmine component consisting essentially of harmine.
