A new and distinct Juniperus cultivar named ‘MonGeo’ is disclosed, characterized by distinctive Yellow 5A foliage patches and Greyed-Purple winter foliage. The new cultivar is a Juniperus horizaontalis , suitable for ornamental garden purposes.
