Compounds and methods for inducing chondrogenesis
Described herein are compounds and compositions for the amelioration of arthritis or joint injuries by inducing mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocytes.

A method of ameliorating arthritis or joint injury in a mammal, the method comprising administering to a joint of the mammal a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 , or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, prodrug, ester, N-oxide, stereoisomer, or isomer thereof.
