Abstract

Described herein are compounds and compositions for the amelioration of arthritis or joint injuries by inducing mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocytes.

Claims (4)

1. A compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, prodrug, ester, N-oxide, stereoisomer, or isomer thereof:

3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, prodrug, ester, N-oxide, stereoisomer, or isomer thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.

4. A method of ameliorating arthritis or joint injury in a mammal, the method comprising administering to a joint of the mammal a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 , or pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, prodrug, ester, N-oxide, stereoisomer, or isomer thereof.
