Abstract

A resin laminate including a cured film layer; and a resin substrate, wherein the cured film layer is obtained by curing a curable composition that contains (A) at least one of multifunctional monomer selected from dipentaerythritol penta(meth)acrylate and dipentaerythritol hexa(meth)acrylate, (B) a multifunctional monomer that has at least 3 (meth)acryloyl groups and is not component (A), (C) a multifunctional monomer having two (meth)acryloyl groups, and (D) a polymerization initiator; the total amount of components (A), (B) and (C) is 100 parts by mass; based on the total 100 parts by mass of components (A), (B) and (C), the content of component (A) is 20-50 parts by mass, the content of component (B) is 20-60 parts by mass, and the content of component (C) is 15-35 parts by mass; and the cured film layer is laminated on a surface of the resin substrate.

Claims (33)

1 . A resin laminate, comprising

a cured film layer; and

a resin substrate,

(A) at least one of multifunctional monomer selected from dipentaerythritol penta(meth)acrylate and dipentaerythritol hexa(meth)acrylate,

(B) a multifunctional monomer that has at least 3 (meth)acryloyl groups and is not component (A),

(C) a multifunctional monomer having two (meth)acryloyl groups, and

(D) a polymerization initiator;

the total amount of components (A), (B) and (C) is 100 parts by mass;

based on the total 100 parts by mass of components (A), (B) and (C), the content of component (A) is 20-50 parts by mass, the content of component (B) is 20-60 parts by mass, and the content of component (C) is 15-35 parts by mass;

the thickness of the cured film layer is 22-40 μm; and

the cured film layer is laminated on a surface of the resin substrate.

2 . The resin laminate according to claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the cured film layer is 25-40 μm.

3 . The resin laminate according to claim 1 , wherein the cured film layer is obtained by curing the curable composition containing 24-45 parts by mass of component (A), 20-60 parts by mass of component (B), and 20-33 parts by mass of component (C), based on 100 parts by mass of the total amount of components (A), (B) and (C), and the thickness of the cured film layer is 25-30 μm.

4 . The resin laminate according to claim 1 , wherein the pencil hardness is at least 6 H but no higher than 9 H.

5 . The resin laminate according to claim 1 , wherein the pencil hardness is at least 8 H but no higher than 9 H.

6 . The resin laminate according to claim 1 , further comprising crack resistance properties that prevent cracking when the resin laminate is bent at a curvature radius of 60 mm.

7 . The resin laminate according to claim 1 , further comprising crack resistance properties that prevent cracking when the resin laminate is bent at a curvature radius of 40 mm.

8 . The resin laminate according to claim 1 , wherein the resin substrate is a methacrylic resin comprising a methyl methacrylate unit as its main component.

9 . A method for producing a resin laminate, comprising:

forming a laminate mold on which a 22-40 μm-thick cured film layer of the curable composition is laminated by coating a curable composition on the inner surface of a die and curing the coating;

pouring into the laminate mold a resin substrate material containing a mixture of a radically polymerizable monomer having a main component of methyl methacrylate in such a way that the material makes contact with the cured film layer of the laminate mold; and

forming a resin substrate by cast polymerizing the resin substrate material poured into the laminate mold,

wherein the cured film layer is laminated on a surface of the resin substrate;

the curable composition contains (A) at least one of multifunctional monomer selected from dipentaerythritol penta(meth)acrylate and dipentaerythritol hexa(meth)acrylate, (B) a multifunctional monomer that has at least 3 (meth)acryloyl groups and is not component (A), (C) a multifunctional monomer having two (meth)acryloyl groups, and (D) a polymerization initiator;
