Abstract

Regarding a work vehicle configured to include an engine mounted on a travelling machine body and an exhaust gas purification device arranged in an exhaust gas path of the engine, it is an object to prevent the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device from being executed against an operator's will. The work vehicle of the present invention includes a regeneration switch 329 configured to cause the regeneration control of an exhaust gas purification device 50 to be executed. First, when a cumulative drive time of an engine 5 has passed in a prescribed time or longer, a regeneration control request warning is displayed on a meter panel 246 . Then, only when a regeneration switch 329 is manually operated by an operator after the display of the regeneration control request warning on the meter panel 246 , the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device 50 is started.

Claims (37)

1. A work vehicle configured to include an engine mounted on a travelling machine body; an exhaust gas purification device arranged in an exhaust gas path of the engine; and a driving operation display device configured to display a driving operation situation of the travelling machine body and to be capable of executing regeneration control, in which particulate matter in the exhaust gas purification device is removed, comprising:

a regeneration switch configured to cause the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device to be executed, and

wherein the work vehicle is further configured so that

when a cumulative drive time of the engine has passed in a prescribed time or longer, a regeneration control request warning is displayed on the driving operation display device,

only when the regeneration switch is manually operated after display of the regeneration control request warning, the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device is started, and

wherein when the regeneration switch is successively operated for a longer period of time than an operating time during which it is possible to determine whether or not operational errors are made, the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device is started.

A work vehicle configured to include an engine mounted on a travelling machine body; an exhaust gas purification device arranged in an exhaust gas path of the engine; and a driving operation display device configured to display a driving operation situation of the travelling machine body and to be capable of executing regeneration control, in which particulate matter in the exhaust gas purification device is removed, comprising:

a regeneration switch configured to cause the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device to be executed,

an engine controller configured to control drive of the engine, and

a driving operation display controller configured to control display operation of the driving operation display device,

wherein the controllers are electrically connected to each other, and

wherein the vehicle is further configured so that

when a cumulative drive time of the engine has passed in a prescribed time or longer, a regeneration control request warning is displayed on the driving operation display device,

only when the regeneration switch is manually operated after display of the regeneration control request warning, the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device is started,

when the driving operation display controller receives regeneration control request output of the engine controller, the driving operation display controller concurrently causes the driving operation display device to flicker and display the regeneration control request warning and causes the regeneration switch to flicker or light up, so as to request the manual operation of the regeneration switch, and

when the regeneration switch is successively operated for a longer period of time than an operating time during which it is possible to determine whether or not operational errors are made, the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device is started.

3. The work vehicle according to claim 2 ,

wherein the work vehicle is further configured so that the regeneration switch flickers in such a manner that a flickering frequency thereof is synchronized with a flickering frequency of the regeneration control request warning to be flickered and displayed.

4. The work vehicle according to claim 2 ,

wherein the driving operation display device comprises an engine tachometer for indicating revolutions of the engine with a pointer in a central display area thereof and a first display lamp configured to display the regeneration control request warning in an outer display area disposed outside a central display area, and wherein the regeneration switch is installed on the outside of the driving operation display device and at a position in a vicinity of the first display lamp of the driving operation display device.

5. The work vehicle according to claim 4 ,

wherein the driving operation display device further comprises, arranged in the outer display area and in a vicinity of the first display lamp, a second display lamp configured to flicker so as to notify abnormality of the engine, a third display lamp configured to flicker so as to notify a parking state of the travelling machine body, and a fourth display lamp configured to flicker so as to notify a driving state of an agricultural work machine mounted on the travelling machine body, and

wherein the work vehicle is further configured so that when non-work regeneration control in which an exhaust gas temperature is raised by increasing load in the engine is executed, the first and second display lamps are flickered, and when the travelling machine body is not in a parking state, the third display lamp is flickered, and when the agricultural work machine is not in a stop state, the fourth display lamp is flickered.

6. The work vehicle according to claim 5 ,

wherein the work vehicle is further configured so that

when the non-work regeneration control is executed, and execution conditions of the non-work regeneration control are not satisfied, the regeneration switch is turned off, and the first and second display lamps are flickered, and

when the execution conditions of the non-work regeneration control are satisfied, the first and second display lamps and the regeneration switch are flickered.

A work vehicle configured to include an engine mounted on a travelling machine body; an exhaust gas purification device arranged in an exhaust gas path of the engine; and a driving operation display device configured to display a driving operation situation of the travelling machine body and to be capable of executing regeneration control, in which particulate matter in the exhaust gas purification device is removed, comprising:

a regeneration switch configured to light up to prompt the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device to be executed,

a maneuvering column in which the driving operation display device is arranged in a control position and in which the regeneration switch is arranged outside the driving operation display device,

an engine controller configured to control drive of the engine, and

a driving operation display controller configured to control display operation of the driving operation display device,

wherein the controllers are electrically connected to each other, and

when a cumulative drive time of the engine has passed in a prescribed time or longer, a regeneration control request warning is displayed on the driving operation display device,

only when the regeneration switch is manually operated after display of the regeneration control request warning, the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device is started,

wherein the work vehicle is further configured so that when the driving operation display controller receives regeneration control request output of the engine controller, the driving operation display controller causes the driving operation display device to display the regeneration control request warning, thereby requesting a manual operation of the regeneration switch, and

wherein the regeneration switch is configured to start the regeneration control of the exhaust gas purification device when the regeneration switch is successively operated for a longer period of time than an operating time during which it can be determined whether an operation for the regeneration switch is based on the manual operation of an operator or based on operational errors.
