Abstract

A computer-implemented system and method supporting aggregation for clients are disclosed. A particular example embodiment includes selecting listings for clients based on profiles; causing display of the listings at the clients; receiving, from at least some of the clients, authorization to aggregate resources; aggregating the authorized resources; and providing the aggregated resources to another party.

Claims (63)

1 . A method comprising:

accessing, by a first server, profiles of a set of accounts, each account of the set of accounts having a corresponding client system;

selecting a listing for presentation on a plurality of the client systems based on the profiles of the corresponding accounts;

causing the listing to be presented at the plurality of the client systems, the presentation of the listing including details of an organization to receive funding;

receiving, from a first client system of the plurality of the client systems, authorization for transfer of funds from the corresponding account to an issuer account, the authorization including a selection of an authorized payment source not associated with the corresponding account;

based on the authorized payment source not being associated with the corresponding account, causing a user interface to be presented at the first client system operable to receive details regarding the authorized payment source;

associating the authorized payment source with the corresponding account;

authorizing a second server to transfer the authorized funds from the authorized account, via the authorized payment source, to the issuer account;

receiving, from the second server, a notification indicating that a loan has been made to the organization, the loan being funded from the authorized funds; and

facilitating, by the first server, payment of loan interest from the issuer account to the authorized account.

2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

providing, to a third server, periodic reports of fund transfers and completed investments.

3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the facilitating, by the first server, of the payment of loan interest from the issuer account to the authorized account comprises:

receiving, from the third server, authorization of interest payments to the authorized account.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the facilitating, by the first server, of the payment of loan interest from the issuer account to the authorized account comprises:

creating an interest payment schedule for the authorized account.

5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

after the receiving of the notification from the second server indicating that the loan has been made to the organization, sending confirmation of payment to the first client system.

6 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the second server is for a financial and the third server is for a security issuer.

7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the selecting of the listing for presentation on the plurality of the client systems based on the profiles of the corresponding accounts comprises:

selecting the listing for presentation on the plurality of the client systems based on past investment behavior identified from the profiles of the corresponding accounts.

8 . A system comprising:

a memory having instructions embodied thereon;

a processor configured by the instructions to perform operations comprising:

accessing profiles of a set of accounts, each account of the set of accounts having a corresponding client system;

selecting a listing for presentation on a plurality of the client systems based on the profiles of the corresponding accounts;

causing the listing to be presented at the plurality of the client systems, the presentation of the listing including details of an organization to receive funding;

receiving, from a first client system of the plurality of the client systems, authorization for transfer of funds from the corresponding account to an issuer account, the authorization including a selection of an authorized payment source not associated with the corresponding account;

based on the authorized payment source not being associated with the corresponding account, causing a user interface to be presented at the first client system operable to receive details regarding the authorized payment source;

associating the authorized payment source with the corresponding account;

authorizing a server to transfer the authorized funds from the authorized account, via the authorized payment source, to the issuer account;

receiving, from the server, a notification indicating that a loan has been made to the organization, the loan being funded from the authorized funds; and

facilitating payment of loan interest from the issuer account to the authorized account.

9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the operations further comprise:

providing, to a third server, periodic reports of fund transfers and completed investments.

10 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the facilitating, by the first server, of the payment of loan interest from the issuer account to the authorized account comprises:

receiving, from the third server, authorization of interest payments to the authorized account.

11 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the facilitating, by the first server, of the payment of loan interest from the issuer account to the authorized account comprises:

creating an interest payment schedule for the authorized account.

12 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the operations further comprise:

after the receiving of the notification from the second server indicating that the loan has been made to the organization, sending confirmation of payment to the first client system.

13 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the second server is for a financial site and the third server is for a security issuer.

14 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the selecting of the listing for presentation on the plurality of the client systems based on the profiles of the corresponding accounts comprises:

selecting the listing for presentation on the plurality of the client systems based on past investment behavior identified from the profiles of the corresponding accounts.

15 . A non-transitory machine-readable medium having instructions embodied thereon, which, when executed by one or more processors of a machine, cause the machine to perform operations comprising:

accessing profiles of a set of accounts, each account of the set of accounts having a corresponding client system;

selecting a listing for presentation on a plurality of the client systems based on the profiles of the corresponding accounts;

causing the listing to be presented at the plurality of the client systems, the presentation of the listing including details of an organization to receive funding;

receiving, from a first client system of the plurality of the client systems, authorization for transfer of funds from the corresponding account to an issuer account, the authorization including a selection of an authorized payment source not associated with the corresponding account;

based on the authorized payment source not being associated with the corresponding account, causing a user interface to be presented at the first client system operable to receive details regarding the authorized payment source;

associating the authorized payment source with the corresponding account;

authorizing a server to transfer the authorized funds from the authorized account, via the authorized payment source, to the issuer account;

receiving, from the server, a notification indicating that a loan has been made to the organization, the loan being funded from the authorized funds; and

facilitating payment of loan interest from the issuer account to the authorized account.

16 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise:

providing, to a third server, periodic reports of fund transfers and completed investments.

17 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the facilitating, by the first server, of the payment of loan interest from the issuer account to the authorized account comprises:

receiving, from the third server, authorization of interest payments to the authorized account.

18 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the facilitating, by the first server, of the payment of loan interest from the issuer account to the authorized account comprises:

creating an interest payment schedule for the authorized account.

19 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise:

after the receiving of the notification from the second server indicating that the loan has been made to the organization, sending confirmation of payment to the first client system.

20 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the second server is for a financial site and the third server is for a security issuer.
