Abstract

The invention provides a Ni—Fe-based alloy which is preferable for a welding of a joint between different materials such as a steel material and a Ni-based alloy, and a rotor for a steam turbine which is manufactured by using the same. The invention employs a Ni—Fe-based alloy including Cr: 14 to 18%, Al: 1.0 to 2.5%, Mo+W: 2.5 to 5.0%, C: 0.01 to 0.10%, B: 0.001 to 0.03%, and Fe: 15 to 20%, in mass, in which the remaining portion is constructed by an unavoidable impurity and Ni, as a welding metal. As a result, it is possible to provide a rotor for a steam turbine which can hold down a reduction of a ductility and a toughness generated in the case of welding the different materials, and is excellent in a strength and the ductility.

2 . A turbine rotor for a steam turbine comprising:

a first member being made of an Fe-based alloy;

a second member being made of a Ni-based alloy or a Ni—Fe-based alloy; and

a welding material bonding the first member and the second member, the welding material being a Ni—Fe based alloy consisting of 14 to 18 mass % of Cr; 1.0 to 2.5 mass % of Al; 2.5 to 5.0 mass % of Mo+W; 0.01 to 0.10 mass % of C; 0.001 to 0.03 mass % of B; 15 to 20 mass % of Fe; and the balance being Ni and inevitable impurities.

3 . A turbine rotor for a steam turbine comprising:

a first member being made of an Fe-based alloy;

a second member being made of a Ni-based alloy or a Ni—Fe-based alloy; and

a welding material bonding the first member and the second member, the welding material being a Ni—Fe based alloy consisting of 14 to 18 mass % of Cr; 1.0 to 2.5 mass % of Al; 2.5 to 5.0 mass % of Mo+W; 0.01 to 0.10 mass % of C; 0.001 to 0.03 mass % of B; 15 to 20 mass % of Fe; and further including at least any one of Co, Ti, Nb and Mn,

wherein a content thereof in the case of including any one of Co, Ti, Nb and Mn is set to 0.1 to 5.0 mass % of Co; 0.1 to 0.5 mass % of Ti; 0.1 to 2.0 mass % of Nb; and 0.01 to 0.3 mass % of Mn; and the balance being Ni and inevitable impurities.
