A new and distinct Calibrachoa plant named ‘BBCAL27801’, characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and mounding to eventually trailing plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; freely flowering habit; light purple and dark purple-colored petals with a central yellow-colored star-shaped pattern; and good garden performance.
