Refrigeration Circuit-Forming Member
A refrigeration circuit-forming member which has a metal surface and is used for a refrigeration circuit in which HFO-1234yf that is a specific refrigerant configured of molecules having a double bond is used, wherein said metal surface of said member coming into contact with said HFO-1234yf is covered with a coating layer that is capable of effectively preventing direct contact between HFO-1234yf and the metal surface, and said coating layer is formed by applying a silicone-based component, which is added into a lubricant oil circulated in said refrigerant circuit together with said HFO-1234yf, adhesively to said metal surface.

A refrigeration circuit-forming member which has a metal surface and is used for a refrigeration circuit in which HFO-1234yf that is a specific refrigerant configured of molecules having a double bond is used, wherein said metal surface of said member coming into contact with said HFO-1234yf is covered with a coating layer that is capable of effectively preventing direct contact between HFO-1234yf and the metal surface, and said coating layer is formed by applying a silicone-based component, which is added into a lubricant oil circulated in said refrigerant circuit together with said HFO-1234yf, adhesively to said metal surface.
2 . The refrigeration circuit-forming member according to claim 1 , wherein a material for forming said metal surface contains at least one or more selected from the group consisting of an aluminum component, an Fe-based component and a Cu-based component.
3 . The refrigeration circuit-forming member according to claim 1 , wherein said refrigeration circuit is a refrigeration circuit for an air conditioning system for vehicles.
4 . The refrigeration circuit-forming member according to claim 1 , wherein said refrigeration circuit-forming member is an interior sliding member of a compressor provided in said refrigeration circuit.
