Heterocyclic compounds as LSD1 inhibitors
View Patent ↗The present invention is directed to compounds of Formula I which are LSD1 inhibitors useful in the treatment of diseases such as cancer.
1. A compound which is 4-[5-[4-(dimethylamino)piperidin-1-yl]-8-(1-methyl -1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-5-yl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-7-yl]benzonitrile, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. A compound which is 4-[5-[4-(dimethylamino)piperidin-1-yl]-8-(1-methyl -1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-5-yl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-7-yl]benzonitrile.
3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 2 and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
5. A compound which is 4-[5-[(3R)-3-(dimethylamino)pyrrolidin-1-yl]-8-(1-methyl -1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-5-yl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-7-yl]benzonitrile, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
6. A compound which is 4-[5-[(3R)-3-(dimethylamino)pyrrolidin-1-yl]-8-(1-methyl -1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridin-5-yl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-7-yl]benzonitrile.
7. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 5 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
8. A pharmaceutically composition comprising the compound of claim 6 and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
9. A compound which is 4-[5-[4-(dimethylamino)piperidin-1-yl]-8-(1-methyl -1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-yl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-7-yl]benzonitrile, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
10. A compound which is 4-[5-[4-(dimethylamino)piperidin-1-yl]-8-(1-methyl -1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-yl)imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidin-7-yl]benzonitrile.
11. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 9 , a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
12. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 10 and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
