Method for producing aluminosilicate catalyst, aluminosilicate catalyst, and method for producing monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons
View Patent ↗A method is provided for producing an aluminosilicate catalyst. The method includes a first phosphorus treatment step of treating a crystalline aluminosilicate with a first phosphorus compound, a mixing and firing step of mixing the phosphorus-treated crystalline aluminosilicate obtained in the first phosphorus treatment step with a binder and then performing firing to form an aluminosilicate mixture, and a second phosphorus treatment step of treating the aluminosilicate mixture with a second phosphorus compound.
1. A method for producing an aluminosilicate catalyst, comprising:
a first phosphorus treatment step of treating a crystalline aluminosilicate with a first phosphorus compound, wherein the crystalline aluminosilicate comprises at least one component selected from the group consisting of medium pore zeolites and large pore zeolites as a main component,
mixing a phosphorus-treated crystalline aluminosilicate obtained in the first phosphorus treatment step with a binder, molding a mixture of the phosphorus-treated crystalline aluminosilicate and the binder to form a molded body, and then firing the molded body, and
a second phosphorus treatment step of treating the fired molded body with a second phosphorus compound.
2. The method for producing an aluminosilicate catalyst according to claim 1 , wherein the crystalline aluminosilicate is an MFI zeolite.
3. The method for producing an aluminosilicate catalyst according to claim 1 , wherein the binder comprises alumina.
4. The method for producing an aluminosilicate catalyst according to claim 1 , wherein phosphoric acid is used as the second phosphorus compound.
5. The method for producing an aluminosilicate catalyst according to claim 1 , wherein following the second phosphorus treatment step, a heat treatment is performed in an atmosphere containing water vapor.
6. A method for producing an aluminosilicate catalyst, comprising:
a first phosphorus treatment step of treating a crystalline aluminosilicate with a first phosphorus compound, wherein the crystalline aluminosilicate is a pentasil zeolite,
mixing a phosphorus-treated crystalline aluminosilicate obtained in the first phosphorus treatment step with a binder, molding a mixture of the phosphorus-treated crystalline aluminosilicate and the binder to form a molded body, and then firing the molded, and
a second phosphorus treatment step of treating the fired molded body with a second phosphorus compound.
7. The method for producing an aluminosilicate catalyst according to claim 6 , wherein the binder comprises alumina.
8. The method for producing an aluminosilicate catalyst according to claim 6 , wherein phosphoric acid is used as the second phosphorus compound.
9. The method for producing an aluminosilicate catalyst according to claim 6 , wherein following the second phosphorus treatment step, a heat treatment is performed in an atmosphere containing water vapor.
